A new series thriller with a prominent duo: Apple TV+ has released the first trailer for "12 12 12." The eight-episode production stars Anthony Mackie and Jamie Dornan in the lead roles.
The premiere is scheduled for Friday, November 13. Industry outlet Deadline reports this, citing the newly released trailer.
Behind the series are writers and executive producers Dudi Appleton and Jim Keeble. One structurally striking detail: according to Deadline, each of the eight episodes unfolds across three parallel timelines — a narrative device that puts viewers to the test as they piece the big picture together.
What is "12 12 12" about?
The very title of Deadline's trailer report — "Anthony Mackie Is Seeking Revenge" — already hints at a revenge-driven plot. What exactly drives the characters in "12 12 12" and which events link the three timelines together does not emerge from the available excerpt. The report is also silent on additional cast, episode length, or the concrete setting.
If you don't want to wait until November 13, the trailer itself offers first hints. One thing is already clear: eight episodes, three timelines, a promise of revenge — the rest is material for the season.
