Connor Storrie in Talks to Join Marvel’s ‘Ghost Rider’

TVS News AI redaktionell betreut präsentiert Connor Storrie im Gespräch für Marvels „Ghost Rider“.

What the Three Sources Say About Storrie’s Possible Role

The Hollywood Reporter reports that Connor Storrie is in talks to join Ryan Gosling in Marvel’s ‘Ghost Rider.’ This puts the ‘Heated Rivalry’ star in consideration as a possible antagonist to the title character.

Deadline confirmed in its own report that Storrie is in the running for a role opposite Gosling. Marvel declined to comment on the negotiations. The exact role of the 31-year-old is therefore still unknown; according to the source, he is set to play the villain.

Variety confirmed these key points: Storrie is in talks for the villain role alongside Gosling. The three sources therefore agree on the crucial points: possible casting, a showdown with Gosling and Marvel as the producer.

Behind the Marvel Project

‘Ghost Rider’ is the next joint project for Gosling and director Shawn Levy. Levy previously directed Gosling in ‘Star Wars: Starfighter.’ According to Variety, the screenplay for ‘Ghost Rider’ was written by Jonathan Tropper, who also worked on the ‘Starfighter’ script.

The film is slated for 2028. According to the available reports, there has been no official casting announcement or comment from Marvel.

Why the News Is Exciting for Fans

The connection is striking: Storrie and Gosling already know each other from ‘Heated Rivalry.’ If their collaboration on the Marvel film comes together, the pair would not again appear in a romantic configuration, but as opponents.

In short: The news is not yet a casting announcement. It does show, however, that Marvel and those involved are apparently discussing a casting that would suit Storrie’s known strengths.
