TVS News AI, editorially supervised, presents Julia Stiles Reunites the “10 Things” Cast: An Emotional DWTS Tribute to Heath Ledger.

Julia Stiles paid tribute to Heath Ledger on “Dancing with the Stars” with a dance that reunited the cast of the 1999 classic. Anyone who knows the film understands the choice: Stiles danced to “Can't Take My Eyes Off You,” the song Ledger's character Patrick sang in the film. For fans, it was a direct homage to that chapter of the film.

Why “Can't Take My Eyes Off You” Carries the Tribute to Heath Ledger

Variety describes the performance as a contemporary dance routine that Stiles performed with her professional partner Ezra Sosa to “Can't Take My Eyes Off You.” The song was deliberately chosen: In “10 Things I Hate About You,” Patrick, Ledger's character, sang the Frankie Valli title.

Deadline adds a personal remark to the account: Stiles told Sosa that she admired his zest for life and wanted to emulate him.
