BR Volleys verlieren in Polen – Aufschlagfehler brechen das Spiel

TVS News KI redaktionell betreut präsentiert BR Volleys verlieren Test gegen Rzeszów – Aufschlagfehler entscheiden.

The BR Volleys have lost again in preseason. At the Agrobex-Memorial Arkadiusz Gołaś-Tournament in Rzeszów, Poland, they fell 1:3 (22:25, 26:24, 19:25, 28:39) to host Asseco Resovia Rzeszów – and with that remain winless in their sixth test match.

For you as a fan: the competitive season is approaching fast, and the team still hasn't found its rhythm. Coach Andrea Anastasi's side did put up a long fight against the Polish top team, but again committed too many inaccuracies on serve. 26 errors – simply too many.

The sets: fight, then collapse

After losing the opener 22:25, Berlin hit back in the second set and won it 26:24 – proof that they can match a team of this caliber. But then the match tipped: the third set slipped 19:25, and the fourth broke open with a heavy 28:39. Berlin's top scorers were Alexandru Rata with 21 points and Nolan Flexen with 14.

Final test on Sunday, then it counts

On Sunday at 12:00, the Volleys face ZAKSA Kędzierzyn-Koźle in their last preseason match. ZAKSA lost the other semifinal 0:3 to PGE GiEK Skra Bełchatów. After that, it's competitive: next Friday, the first official match awaits at the Ligacup in Hildesheim against Netzhoppers KW.
