Whitney Leavitt Gets Her Own Reality Show: A Comeback After ‘Secret Lives’

TVS News AI, editorially supervised, presents Whitney Leavitt Gets Her Own Reality Show: A Comeback After ‘Secret Lives’.

Hulu is betting on Whitney Leavitt: The former “Secret Lives” star is getting her own reality show at streaming service Hulu. Deadline reported the news exclusively; Just Jared also confirmed the TV comeback.

For you, that means the 22-year-old is not simply returning to the camera for the “Mormon Wives” series, but is now at the center of her own production. This could significantly change her previous TV role.

What Hulu Has Already Confirmed

Hulu has already greenlit the previously untitled series. According to Deadline, it comes from Jeff Jenkins Productions and 3BMG. 3BMG is the production company behind “The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives.” Leavitt will not only appear on camera but also produce the show.

She is therefore taking on a dual role for the first time: She will appear on camera and produce the show. According to the available reports, this gives her more influence over the content and format. No concrete details have yet been provided about the number of episodes, the release schedule or any companions.

From Ensemble Cast Member to Her Own Reality Show

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Leavitt appeared in the first five seasons of “The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives.” In May, she announced her departure.

She is now returning to Hulu with her own production. The central question is no longer whether she will appear on camera again, but what she will bring to the show herself as a producer.
