Robert Pattinson’s Bond Test: Will He Be the Next James Bond?

TVS News AI, editorially supervised, presents Robert Pattinson’s Bond Test: Will He Be the Next James Bond.

What the sources say about Pattinson’s Bond test

The Hollywood Reporter reports that Robert Pattinson has completed a screen test for the role of 007. The actor is already working on the Batman franchise and previously collaborated with Bond director Denis Villeneuve on the upcoming third Dune film.

The reports on Pattinson’s Bond test do not come from a single source: IGN and Just Jared also report that Pattinson has completed a screen test or name him as a potential candidate for the Bond role. The sources cited thus confirm the same core information, although they phrase the status with differing degrees of caution.

Bond 26: Pattinson and Hoult in the running

IGN also names Nicholas Hoult as another candidate for the upcoming Bond casting. The reporting is therefore not about a confirmed casting, but about screen tests and possible candidates.

For Pattinson fans, this is certainly exciting: Choosing the Batman star would mark a clear departure from the direction for Bond discussed so far. Whether the test will lead to a role remains open.
